Inclusive Growth

Economically, Inclusive Growth means "Allocating equitable resources so that all parts of the society benefits from it". I came across a very inspiring video of Mr.Aamir Khan giving a speech on Inclusive growth. He gave Inclusive growth a whole new meaning.
He said that from when a child is born a spirit of competition is instilled in them which is turning the society more selfish. We do not include children who are mentally challenged children in our mainstream education. He questions our right to decide where they belong and where they do not. How can we take away the right from our children to be with a child and help them...?
Basically what he means to say is that it is our responsibility to instil these emotions for other people.That way in the future we'll have a society that actually cares about each other rather than themselves.

If we want, we can all make a difference in the society. Let Inclusive growth ride the way economically as well as socially.
