In the race of our life we learn many Facts and theory ,and we were taught by our teachers or parents that knowledge is the most important asset one could acquire ,and which will make us different from other. Hence we try to follow them and master in specific knowledge(Formal education ).But in long run we see our life as failure and we look back and think about “Life”.

Nature is the best teacher one could get .if we observe a child’s reaction to a information that will be unbounded imagination and a questioning mind . its more than just memorizing , child can feel it ,enjoy it . but with time and education we lost the ability of imagination . but those who could preserve it reached the top position . again top I doesn’t mean by being CEO or leader, its being satisfied ,being happy .The idea of Value ,Freedom is resulted through the imagination not from any book .

If we look at field of management . Peter Drucker is most admired management guru . by keenly observing his theory one can see its basically imagination rather than just knowledge . or look at any breakthrough innovators that because of imagination . we need knowledge only as a base for our imagination . like bottle for drinking water . what we actually need bottle or water ? its our choice .
